All TMW Music and Services are billed through an account. You may use the online Account Setup Form or call us directly (1.877.869.3461) to set up an accoung. Accounts may be opened by churches, organizations such as schools, or by individuals.
You can order music by using the online Music Order Form or by calling TheMasterWorks (1.877.869.3461). Once your order is submitted, a CD will be shipped containing individual PDF files for the score and parts. In some cases, files may bve sent via email, or downloaded from the website. Please read the next paragraph that lists your responsibilities in the use of these products.
When you purchase music from TheMasterWorks, you agree that the music will be used only by your organization. you agree not to lend the music, change the music, or republish it in any form without written permission from TheMasterWorks. You also agree to give credit to the composer and arranger of all music works in any printed material that lists music purchased from TheMasterWorks.
TheMasterWorks bills on or about the 15th of every month. Payment is expected in full within 30 days. After 30 days a handling fee of $10 will added to the account on the 20th day of each month until the invoice is paid in full unless other arrangements have been made in writing. To avoid handling fees, payment must have been received at P.O. Box 853, Bloomfield, CT 06002.
If you are dissatisfied with any music product from TheMasterWorks, a full refund will be made within 30 days of notification. Refunds will not be made on expenses incurred while rendering services such as workshops or clinics. Refunds cannot be issued fro copyright contracts that have been submitted on behalf of your organization.
When you request a music score under copyright, TheMasterWorks will research the copyright requirements and contact you for final permission to secure the contract on your behalf. TheMasterWorks provides one copy of the contract and keeps the original on file. You are responsible for adhering to the legal restrictions in the copyright contract. A $15 non-refundable fee is charged for securing the contract, fulfilling the print notifications, and fulfilling any follow-up required by the copyright owner. You will be required to sign a standard Indemnity Agreement with TheMasterWorks indicating that you will abide by the contract agreement and TheMasterWorks, LLC will be held harmless if lawsuits ensue against TheMasterWorks due to inapproriate use of the music under contract. This agreement must be signed and filed before music can be given to you.
